This technology enables to collect location data from your mobile device, which is collected and treated anonymously by In Loco so that you can receive more effective advertisements in Workout application.
- By accepting these Terms of Use, the user acknowledges that he/she is aware of and agrees to the collection and processing of his/her data by In Loco, as provided in the In Loco Privacy Policy.

It is possible to access websites and portals of other companies from gowkt.com site and/or Workout application, and each company has its own policies to guarantee the confidentiality and protection of data. Workout displays on its pages and applications advertising formats of partner advertisers identified on the pages with the terms “advertising” and “sponsorship”. When the user clicks on these ads,
he/she is redirected to the partner´s website/application, causing the reader to leave our environment.
Workout displays Google ads and partner advertisers’ links. We do not control the content of such ads.
The editorial content of Workout is independent, therefore, free of any commercial influence. The contents that are directly related to some advertising are different from others with the terms “Advertorial” or “Advertising Report”.
Messages from our advertisers may impact the user if he/she accepts – on our evaluation tools – to receive partners’ information. In such cases, there will always be a customized message in our evaluations suggesting “opt-in” and/or “opt-out”.
